All orders are paid by most major credit cards on line, through paypal.

SHIPPING
RPS - FEDEX GROUND SERVICE: Rates $6.00 - $9.00 / orders $75.00 and over FREE

FE2 - FEDEX TWO DAY SERVICE: Rates $15.00 - $20.00 - Orders Shipped in 1-2 business days – after the 2-6 week allotted time for Sweet Honey…to produce your special doll/s.  Orders must be received by 10:30 AM EST - P.O. Box shipments are not eligible for this service.

UPS - Basic terms and rates apply.  Credit will be issued for damaged or missing goods if reported by within five business days of receiving delivery.  Please retain goods for call-tag pick-up. 

INT - INTERNATIONAL SERVICE: International orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. (The minimum charge is $35.00). Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

*ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO BANK AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING. ONLY AUTHORIZED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED, AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT.

It is the sole responsibility for the customer to provide a viable shipping address. We are not responsible for the item if FEDEX has to make multiple attempts at delivery. There are also no refunds on returned items. (If several attempts are made at delivery and the recipient isn't available to sign for the package, and that package is returned, as long as there was no error on the part of Sweet Honey…, then the customer assumes complete liability.)  Please anticipate an increase in shipping time during the holiday seasons. *Prices are subject to change without notice.
